High Five

Oh, the joys of traffic...here I sat last night for 2 hours. I drove from Issaquah, where I work, to my friend Keri's house in Seattle (Greenwood/Finney Ridge).

Keri and I are working on a very special gift for a friend and that made the trip worth it.

It's funny to me how traffic truly has a "flow" very similar to a river. If you're familiar with it you can get in the right "current" and float through very nicely. I've been fortunate not to end up as "debris" pulled over on the side of the road. Ok, maybe I'm taking this analogy too far...but as you can tell there's a lot you can imagine when you have the time to do it.

(and if you're wondering about the title of this post, my dad..the one with the heavy french accent, pronounces I-5 just like the title suggests. Love it!)
