It was gobbled up by a cloud before Jeff could capture it in all it's eclipsed glory. (I was warm in bed.)
God is so much bigger than we can even begin to comprehend and I'm comforted by that. I have been meditating on the following verses this Christmas season and have been filled with such longing, hope and anticipation...I pray that you will be too!
Philippians 1:6
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue His work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns.
Jeremiah 29:11
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

Amazing photos! And I am inspired by those passages too. Thanks for sharing Jenny, and merry christmas!!
Really amazing photos. I missed it too :( I'm officially old if my eyes can't stay open past 1AM....
So glad Jeff was able to catch those shots! I thought about staying up to see the eclipse...for about 5 minutes, then remembered I can hardly keep my eyes open past 11:30pm, unless something really exciting is going on!
Hope you are well!
