Other Forms of Transportation

Last night Wesley took his first steps...with some serious encouragement from Mom and Dad. He's been telling us that he's "ready" for awhile now...standing on his own, so proud of himself, walking with only one hand held. So we decided to give him a nudge!

And although he hasn't initiated walking on his own, today he had a twinkle in his eye every time he stood that let us know he's thinking about it. This boy is definitely about having things on his terms- he's become quite a handful these days.

On another note, tonight we met the sweetest little girl (potential daughter-in-law?)- Avonlea Theodora. She is such a beauty and the most adorable sleeper. We love her already and adore her parents too!
